Q: What if I do not meet the continuing education requirements by the
8/31/2010 deadline and/or do not
pay my state renewal fee? According to the DBPR/Construction

“delinquent active” status, and you will not be allowed to practice with
this license until the status has been properly renewed." If your
license is presently delinquent, it will become null and void. You will
have to apply for a new license and retake the examination.

Regulation to monitor licensee compliance with continuing education
requirements (Section 455.2177, Florida Statutes).

record reflect you have not fullfilled all the required hours/credits
for the most recent renewal period, you will receive a letter in lieu of
License.
In order for you to renew your license, you must complete all
applicable continuing education requirements, including payment of the
fees.

system does not reflect this, then please remember that the Provider has
30 days to submit the course or courses that were completed. During the
last month of renewal cycle, this period is shortened to 10 business
days. You can always mail copies of your course completion certificates
